Join us for a structured track session designed to help you build speed, strength and endurance.




We’ll have three paced groups, so you can train at the right intensity for your level:

- Sub 4:30/km group

- Sub 5:30/km group

- Sub 6:30/km group




The session will be broken down into a warm up, main session and cool down with each week focusing on building endurance for a specific race distance.
